My name is Jackson Neary. This is my blog. I am a sophomore in high school. I have played football since 5th grade. I have been swimmer since 3rd grade. I am thinking about doing rugby and baseball this year. I am trying to find and play as many sports as I can. I like playing sports because of the people that do them and being a part of a team. I like to watch almost all sports. My favorite sport to watch is football. College and NFL. My favorite NFL team is the Minnesota Vikings. And college it’s the Iowa Hawkeyes. I have and older sister that now goes to college at the University of Iowa. My dad and grandpa went there.


I am going to be writing about the NFL because it’s my favorite sport to watch and play. I grew up watching it and I know more about football than any other sport I think it’s one of the best sports in America.

Welcome back to my blog. I will be writing about my favorite NFL team, the Minnesota Vikings. I have liked the vikings my whole life, and most of my family are fans of them. Even though they are disappointing to watch almost every season. Last year they paid way too much for a QB that really is not good. However, they have a decent history. They were established on January 28th 1960. They have 29 playoff appearances and won the last NFL championship. They have been to 4 Superbowls but found a way to lose even though they had one of the best defenses of all time. They had a lot of great players like Chris  Carter, Randy Moss, and Fran Tarkington. They went 8-7-1 this year and their all time record  478-397-11 . Now, they haven't been as good as they were back in the 1960's-1970's. They kinda suck now.
