Image result for randy mossWelcome back to my blog. I will be writing about my favorite NFL team, the Minnesota Vikings. I have liked the vikings my whole life, and most of my family are fans of them. Even though they are disappointing to watch almost every season. Last year they paid way too much for a QB that really is not good. However, they have a decent history. They were established on January 28th 1960. They have 29 playoff appearances and won the last NFL championship. They have been to 4 Superbowls but found a way to lose even though they had one of the best defenses of all time. They had a lot of great players like Chris  Carter, Randy Moss, and Fran Tarkington. They went 8-7-1 this year and their all time record 478-397-11. Now, they haven't been as good as they were back in the 1960's-1970's. They kinda suck now. They should have been good this year because they had one of the best defenses in the league returning, but they found out a way to not make the playoffs. They built a new stadium in 2016. It's one of the nicest in the NFL. It's an indoor stadium, which is usually good for teams because they don't have any other elements effect the players. They came close to making it to the Superbowl in the 2017-2018 season. They would have been the only team in history to play in the Superbowl in their own stadium.

My name is Jackson Neary. This is my blog. I am a sophomore in high school. I have played football since 5th grade. I have been swimmer since 3rd grade. I am thinking about doing rugby and baseball this year. I am trying to find and play as many sports as I can. I like playing sports because of the people that do them and being a part of a team. I like to watch almost all sports. My favorite sport to watch is football. College and NFL. My favorite NFL team is the Minnesota Vikings. And college it’s the Iowa Hawkeyes. I have and older sister that now goes to college at the University of Iowa. My dad and grandpa went there. I am going to be writing about the NFL because it’s my favorite sport to watch and play. I grew up watching it and I know more about football than any other sport I think it’s one of the best sports in America.

BEST TEAMS IN NFL HISTORY 1972-1973 Miami Dolphins They went 14-0 in the regular season where they only had 3 close games. The rest they won by two possessions or more. Their best game was against the New England Patriots, where they beat them 52-0. They beat the Cleveland browns in the divisional round of the playoffs  20-14. They advanced to the conference championship against the Pittsburgh Steelers winning 21-17. They finally made it to the Superbowl against the Washington redskins and won their first Superbowl in franchise history.  They are the only team to go undefeated for the whole season and win the Superbowl. 1990-1994 Buffalo Bills They are the only team to go to 4 consecutive Superbowl's. They didn't win a single one of them, but it is still hard to go to 4 consecutive Superbowls.  They lost their first Superbowl because their kicker missed a game winning field goal. In the next 3 superbowls they got blown out. But in those 4 years they went 58-19....
